HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a Bilingual QA Specialist to support a high-profile semiconductor manufacturing chemical supplier. This position plays a critical role in maintaining quality assurance across complex builds while supporting client interactions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and possess hands-on experience in semiconductor chemical manufacturing QA/QC, engineering, or technical client management.

Title: Bilingual QA Specialist (Mandarin/English)

Location: North Phoenix, Arizona

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Pay Range: 70K-80K DOE

Responsibilities

* Lead and maintain quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.

* Communicate directly with Mandarin-speaking clients for daily project updates, issue resolution, and progress reporting.

* Conduct on-site inspections to identify quality concerns, non-conformances, and opportunities for process improvement.

* Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and control logs.

* Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, and subcontractors to address quality issues proactively.

* Provide feedback on risks, quality trends, and recommend workflow improvements.

* Ensure timely communication of order updates, scope changes, and client requirements between internal teams and external partners.

* Support flexible and efficient solutions to evolving client demands in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

* MUST be able to speak English and Mandarin fluently.

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

* 2+ years of quality assurance, QA/QC, or quality-focused experience in the semiconductor or chemical manufacturing industry.

* Experience supporting semiconductor clients preferred.

* Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.

* Strong interpersonal abilities and client-focused communication style.

* Adaptable and solutions-oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities

* Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 experience a plus).
