Don Hewlett Chevrolet/Xpress Oil Change Plus in Georgetown TX is currently hiring for seasoned Express Lube Service Advisors at our Express Lube center. This position offers a Base Plus Commission/Incentives type pay plan which is great for the current work environment. Applicants must be customer focused and sales driven and work well in an extremely high-volume environment. We are an employee-oriented, family owned company that is committed to providing superior levels of customer service. While our success is dependent on many factors, it’s the skills, intelligence, creativity and dedication of our employees that set us apart. Good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills are also a must. ADP experience is preferred but not necessary. This position can lead to a great career opportunity in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Policy and process driven

Proven service sale techniques

Excellent communication skills

Represent the dealership in a positive manner

Providing exceptional personalized service to our customers

Clearly outline customer needs on the repair order with efficiency/accuracy

Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional services as needed

Advise the customer of the importance of properly caring for their vehicle and the value of maintaining their vehicle

Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts

Establish a “promise time” and follow up as needed

Effectively communicate with the technician(s) working on the customer’s vehicle

Monitor the progress of the vehicle throughout the day; keeping the customer informed of the status of their vehicle

Once the service on the vehicle is complete, meet with the customer and thoroughly review the work completed

Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers

Maintain the highest customer service standards

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Strong work ethic
