to join their energetic Chicago-based
sales team . This is a phone-first, entry-level opportunity with real earnings potential and room to grow fast. If you’re motivated, coachable, and excited to work in a high-performance culture—this role is for you. What You’ll Do
Sell health insurance by handling inbound calls and making 50–100 outbound calls/day.
Spend ~95% of your workday on the phone with warm leads.
Work closely with your manager and teammates in a tight-knit team environment.
Receive extensive support and coaching during an 8-week training period.
What You’ll Bring
Strong drive—personal or financial motivation to succeed.
Ability to stay focused in a high-volume, phone-based setting.
Comfort using multiple computer systems/screens at once.
Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required.
Must be able to work full-time, in-person at Willis Tower.
What You’ll Get
$20/hour starting pay (non-negotiable)
$1/hour raise after performance milestone
Monthly bonuses averaging $1K–$3K
First-year earnings of $55K–$75K+ (top reps exceed $100K)
Fast path to advancement into higher comp or leadership roles
