What you’ll do:
Perform accurate custom stucco color matches, adhering to lab policies and quality standards
Ensure on-time completion of color vial orders, aligning with customer specifications and company timelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, taking pride in the upkeep of the color lab
Proactively collaborate with the Regional Color Manager to suggest and implement improvements in lab efficiency and processes
Monitor and maintain color lab equipment, ensuring it operates safely and effectively
Manage inventory by ordering color vials and pigments as needed to ensure stock availability
Accurately package and label color vials, ensuring correct order fulfillment for warehouse and customer delivery
Assist with customer service and warehouse operations as needed, providing support to ensure customer satisfaction
What you’ll bring:
High school diploma or GED, with the ability to pass the Munsell Hue Test for color accuracy
Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and understand routine reports and correspondence in English
Basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure
Experience working in a color lab environment is preferred but not required
Forklift certification, with the ability to safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and tape dispensers
Ability to follow detailed, straightforward instructions and solve basic problems in standardized situations
Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and interacting with customers daily
Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work occasional overtime as needed
