Position: Maintenance Technician Location: San Juan - Sacramento, CA.RESOKIM64 95824
Hours: Full Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation: $23.47 - $25.53 per hour, depending on experience
Job Summary The Maintenance Technician completes janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers. As a part of the site team, this position is responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard‑free environment.
Responsibilities
Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical. MHM provides all tools needed for this position.
Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
Maintain grounds and common areas, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas,虚提供以及配偶。 \今后将提供在「现场」管理系统中输入维护工作订单和其他相关信息。 Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check
