JR100131**Join our team as a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator at our Gracie's Village Community in Tempe, AZ!****What You'll Do:*** Build meaningful relationships with residents and community partners to suppport resident success and well-being.* Design, coordinate, and host resident programs and community events in partnership with local organizations.* Provide one-on-one support to residents, connecting them with employment, education, and supportive services.* Assess resident needs and interests to create relevant, impactful programming.* Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.* Collaborate with property management to promote housing stability and a positive community environment.* Create and share monthly resident communications, including newsletters and calendars.**What You'll Bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred.* Minimum two years of similar experience, including but not limited to, Social Work, Social Services, Behavioral Health, or Non-Profit.* Ability to work independently and create projects and programs autonomously.* Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills required.* Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.* Intermediate computer experience, specifically with Microsoft Office.* Must have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License.**Why You'll Love Working With Gorman:*** Competitive salary range from $20 to $24 per hour.* Great work-life balance and flexibility with part-time hours (20 hours/week).* 401(k) plan with a generous 6% company match.* EAP Program.* Team Member Development and Training.Gorman & Company is an Equal Employment Affirmative Action Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
