Job Description

* Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating hotel construction projects .

* Support budget management, cost tracking, and procurement activities .

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

* Monitor quality control and compliance with safety standards .

* Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.

* Help resolve on-site issues and maintain project timelines .

The Successful Applicant

* 2-5 years' experience in construction project management or coordination.

* Proven background in hotel or hospitality construction .

* Strong organizational and communication skills .

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment .

* Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite .

* A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a team-first mindset .
