Job Summary:
* We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized GME Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for a fellowship training program, with additional responsibilities as a backup coordinator for the residency program.
* The role requires close collaboration with trainees, faculty, and program leadership to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and effective execution of GME activities.
* Candidates with prior GME and ACGME experience will be given priority.
Essential Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):
* Provide administrative and operational support for the fellowship training program
* Serve as backup support for the residency program coordinator
* Track and ensure compliance with GME and ACGME accreditation requirements
* Maintain communication with trainees and faculty regarding evaluations, schedules, and documentation
* Coordinate and manage rotation schedules, evaluations, and trainee records
* Assist in preparing reports and documentation required for program accreditation
* Support various GME-related projects and initiatives
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work
Basic qualifications:
* 1-2 years of administrative experience
* Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Teams, and scheduling tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
* Capable of learning new systems quickly
* Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and project coordination
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Graduate Medical Education (GME)
* Familiarity with ACGME accreditation standards
* TAGME certification
