Tokio Marine HCC, a global leader in specialty insurance, is seeking a Travel Agent II to support employees across the U.S. and Europe with domestic and international travel coordination. Position Summary
Join a collaborative Travel & Event Management team and play a key role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for Tokio Marine HCC employees. Under supervision, the Travel Agent II supports a wide range of travel-related activities, including reservations, documentation, reconciliation, and compliance with corporate travel policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple non-routine requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel for U.S. and Europe-based Tokio Marine HCC employees.
Schedule hotel, flight, and ground transportation accommodations.
Procure required travel documentation, including passports, visas, and other necessary clearances.
Coordinate all arrangements related to the Company aircraft.
Manage travel reservation changes, including ticket exchanges, voids, and refunds.
Oversee the filing, collection, and distribution of transfer receipts.
Ensure travel arrangements align with company travel budget constraints.
Reconcile departmental statements and invoices on a monthly basis.
Ensure adherence to the Corporate Travel Policy at all times.
Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
Education
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant and progressive experience in travel coordination
Other Qualifications
Experience using the Amadeus Travel System.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
Solid organizational and analytical skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
This is a cash-sensitive position requiring background and credit checks.
Overtime may be required.
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
Ability to move up to 10 pounds.
Must be able to operate a computer and office devices.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel (up to 10%).
Valid passport and driver's license required.
