The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our recipes, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.

* Station Management: Effectively manage assigned stations on the line, coordinating timing and workflow during busy periods to meet customer expectations.
* Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain the quality and standards of the restaurant, while also contributing creative input when necessary.
* Kitchen Organization: Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure a seamless flow of service and timely delivery of dishes.
* Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients, reporting any issues promptly.
* Adaptability: Handle special dietary requests and modifications, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
