Join Our Team as a Lead Professional Restoration Technician !
As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing hands-on technical tasks, ensuring the functionality and quality of work, and its impact on customers and your team. You will play a vital role in diagnosing and resolving issues, maintaining equipment, serving as the crew lead technician on work sites, and delivering excellent service to customers.
Responsibilities :
* Perform mitigation/remediation tasks per work orders and supervisory instructions
* Lead and monitor project work, ensuring efficiency of workflow and complying with assigned deadlines/schedules
* Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
* Keep detailed records of work performed, including reports and job documentation
* Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, along with clean equipment
* Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
* Communicate openly with technicians and customers
* Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
* Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies relevant to the position
Qualifications :
* 3+ years of experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation/restoration
* IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, AMRT a plus)
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record
* Experience serving residential & commercial properties
* Strong Leadership and communication skills
Physical Requirements :
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
* Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
* Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
* Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
* Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
* Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Compensation : $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
