Ability to work in an acute inpatient operating room setting

Description:
The RNFA position requires a skilled Registered Nurse First Assistant.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience specifically as an RNFA.
The RNFA should possess knowledge and skills in orthopedic, general, and spine surgeries.
The position involves participating in surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and care.
Call coverage is required, including 1 day per week and 1 weekend every 8 weeks.
Weekend work is required once every 8 weeks.
Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Frank knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures is essential.
