* Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and by nursing standards.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
* Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in electronic health records (EHR).
* Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
* Engage in continuous professional development, attending training and educational sessions as required.
Candidate requirements
* BSN and Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) are required.
* 1-2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical or Observation Unit setting preferred.
* BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred, and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
