Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time | (7AM-3PM)
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Shift: Days | 8-hour shift | 7:00 AM - 3:00 AM
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical care team in a skilled nursing facility. As a Registered Nurse , you will play a key role in ensuring quality care delivery and positive outcomes for our residents.
This is a hands-on leadership role where the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising nursing personnel and ensuring daily care is delivered according to professional standards and regulatory guidelines.
Registered Nurse (RN) - Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the daily delivery of nursing care on your assigned shift
* Monitor staff performance and ensure care aligns with policies, procedures, and resident care plans
* Identify issues in nursing care and implement immediate corrective actions
* Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing as needed
* Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure continuity of care
* Participate in team meetings to resolve challenges and improve service delivery
* Ensure proper documentation, communication, and handoffs occur during and between shifts
Registered Nurse (RN) - Qualifications:
* Current RN license in the state of employment
* Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
* Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
* At least 1 year of experience working in geriatrics or subacute care
* Management or supervisory experience preferred
* Peripheral IV certification preferred
* CPR/BLS certification required
* Strong communication and leadership skills
