We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
About the Role
As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
* Collect and record accurate session data
* Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
* Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
Qualifications
* Current RBT Certification (required)
* Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
* Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
* Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
* Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
* A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
