Litigation Associate Attorney- Full Time
Location: San Jose, CA, 95113
Experience you will need: - 3 to 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in business, commercial, trust & estate, or real estate.
- Strong academic background with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results in litigation.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility to become admitted).
What you will be doing:
* Handle litigation matters related to business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate.
* Conduct legal research and analysis.
* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and arbitrations.
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
* Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
