As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the responsibility of...
* Working on repairs, renovations and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directed
* Communicating with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate orders, deliveries, parts, and work.
* Performing routine maintenance around facilities such as repairing structural damage, painting, wall repair and lighting
* Maintaining equipment in good working order
* Repairing and identifying potential safety hazards, using PPE when needed
* Communicating and working in a timely manner, keeping all informed of progress of assignments as necessary
For our Maintenance Technicians, we look for...
* General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
* Basic knowledge of electrical and painting procedures as well as concrete repairs
* Flexible availability
* Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time, and work outdoors
