Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented junior Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice in Los Angeles . This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career litigator to work on complex, high-exposure business litigation matters with a collaborative and dynamic team.
Candidate Profile
* JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
* Active Bar Admission in California , in good standing
* 1+ years of substantive litigation experience
* Proven legal research , writing , and analytical capabilities
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
* Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork
Key Responsibilities
* Support high-stakes business litigation matters across industries
* Contribute to discovery , including taking and defending depositions
* Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
* Participate in trial preparation , hearings , and courtroom proceedings
* Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies
* Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams

Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of $180,000 - $215,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
* Eligibility for profit-sharing and a discretionary bonus
