Project Manager - Civil Site Development

We're partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Savannah, GA; they're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in civil site design, particularly with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience working with residential clients and producing residential plans in a consulting environment.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
* 5+ years of experience in designing public and private projects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Civil 3D software (or similar CAD software)
* Strong leadership qualities and business development skills
* Experience with residential design plans and client management
* Knowledge of civil engineering project management, including scope, schedule, and budget development
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects for various clients, including proposal preparations and fee development
* Interact with clients, visit job sites, and collaborate with consultants as needed
* Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets, as well as monitor business unit performance
* Coordinate engineering work with other disciplines and supervise engineers and technicians as needed
* Develop scopes of work, communicate with team members, and track projects in accounting software
