Minimum Experience: 1 year
Responsibilities :
* Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
* Advocate for patients' needs and rights.
Qualifications :
* Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
* Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
* A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required.
* This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
* Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required.
