What you will do :
* Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues
* Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
* Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
* Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
* Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
* Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
* Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
* Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
* Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company
Who you are:
* 1-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred
* Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship
* Current plumbing certification as required by state
* Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 yr
