Tax Associate - Atlanta, GA
Who: An early-career tax professional with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid academic foundation.
What: Prepare a variety of tax returns, conduct tax research, assist with tax planning, and support client deliverables while gaining exposure to multiple industries.
When: Full-time position available immediately.
Where: Hybrid role based in the Atlanta office.

Position Overview:
This role offers exposure to tax preparation, research, and planning across a wide client base, including high-net-worth individuals and companies in industries such as construction, manufacturing & distribution, real estate, technology, and international business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns and supporting workpapers.
- Apply basic tax concepts to deliver thoughtful, individualized solutions.
- Identify, research, and analyze domestic and international tax issues.
- Collaborate with engagement teams and communicate effectively with senior team members.
- Begin developing relationship-building skills to support long-term client loyalty.
- Develop industry understanding by recognizing KPIs, business trends, and emerging developments.
- Participate in networking and maintain contacts within the business community.
- Assist with additional projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3 overall and in major.
- Prior tax internship experience strongly preferred.
- CPA licensed or working toward CPA eligibility.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple engagements while maintaining accuracy and quality.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
