Roles & Responsibilities
* Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
* Set up, operate, perform maintenance on, and troubleshoot equipment.
* Conduct quality inspections on the processing line according to quality specifications.
* Work within clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods, adhering to quality guidelines.
* Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Experience Required
* One (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
* Ability to use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
* Experience in reading, writing, interpreting, and comprehending specifications written in English.
* Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Skills & Certifications
* Effective communication skills that can be understood by co-workers and the Team Lead/Supervisor.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
* Flexibility to work extended hours and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Eligibilities & qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
