As a Rollout Project Manager (m/f/d) Service Processes, you will represent our Service End‑to‑End Process Stream during the rollout activities of the Digital Process World Programme – the digital transformation program driving the implementation of a new CRM landscape (Salesforce Field Service) and ERP system (SAP S/4 HANA) for our service business processes.

You will be part of a cross‑functional rollout team within the Digital Process World Programme, which also focuses on integrated end‑to‑end processes with other business functions such as Sales and Finance.

Additionally, as a member of the Group Service Business Processes team, you will work directly with product and process owners to develop in‑depth knowledge and solutions for Field Service and Customer Service‑related business processes based on our template, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Together with our regional experts, you will define the appropriate local rollout organization and facilitate initial scoping and pre‑assessment workshops.

In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you will design “Fit/Gap sessions” with colleagues from local service organizations and our implementation partner, discussing and assessing relevant processes and their application within our integrated template.

You will identify initial process gaps and ensure a smooth decision‑making process by evaluating critical points and their impact.

During the testing and cut‑over phase, you will ensure adherence to our structured approach, moderate revisions where necessary, and support the onboarding of implementation partners regarding the functionalities of our new Service CRM environment, Salesforce Field Service.

What makes us successful together

Possess a successfully completed Master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable academic qualification.

Have solid professional experience in process consulting and harmonization of field service processes or similar tasks with a strong focus on business processes.

Be proficient in project management methodologies and rollout/implementation environments, as well as in developing concepts and methods for workshops and project facilitation.

Have experience with relevant CRM/ERP systems; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.

Speak fluent English and have an open and trustworthy personality, communicating confidently at all levels and leading detailed process discussions with stakeholders and local experts.

Have general willingness to travel.
