JOB DESCRIPTION (1 year+ contract)

We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on leader with portfolio / program mgmt. experience (i.e., managing project mgrs./ multiple projects concurrently) with deep expertise in M&A integration/ separation, strategic partnerships in healthcare strongly preferred (the most successful candidates will have a background in healthcare operations). This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in complex environments, drives cross‑functional collaboration, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. You’ll oversee strategic programs across our payer and provider ecosystem, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage strategic programs across M&A integration, divestitures, joint ventures, and operational transformation. Drive post-merger and post-divestiture integration efforts, aligning workflows, systems, and teams across entities. Partner with executive leadership to define program goals, success metrics, and execution roadmaps. Drive cross‑functional collaboration between 7-15 work stream from a variety of disciplines (e.g., clinical, IT, finance, compliance, and administrative teams) to ensure alignment and execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; proactively identify and mitigate risks. Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, bringing executive presence and operational insight to decision‑making forums. Facilitate stakeholder communications, steering committee updates, and executive briefings. Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare (payer or provider) Proven track record managing complex programs, including M&A integrations, divestitures, joint ventures, and healthcare delivery transformation Strong operational background: experience managing hospital departments, medical groups, or outpatient clinics Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity through structure and leadership Hands‑on approach: willing to dive into the details and support execution when needed
