Logistics Operations Coordinator

Shift: 1stShift: Monday –; Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Pay:

$20.15 per hour

Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify monthly attendance bonuses.

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills: strong computer skills to include MS Outlook & Excel familiarity, Outbound Dock Experience, Production, Warehouse, General Labor.

6 months –; 1 year warehouse or logistics experience, preferred

Communication and customer service skills

AbilitySher, to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work as part of a team and individually

Role Purpose :

Assist in coordinating truck, rail, and international shipments. Provide communication to both shippers and carriers. Assist in coordinating and providing problem‑solving and order management for customers.

Key Accountabilities :

Assist in coordination of export/import shipments.

Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments.

Track japanese shipment..

Update and maintain Transportation Management System(s) – SAP.

Prepare and publish daily, weekly reports.

Obtain data to assist in analysis on performance trends.

Proactively identify problems to management.

Answer and resolve basic billing questions when needed.

Prepare client invoice packets

Confirm rates with carriers.

Required Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred

6 months – 1 year warehouse or logistics experience, preferred

Communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work as part of a team and individually
