* Collect and analyze comprehensive patient data to assess health conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
* Provide professional nursing care while ensuring compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act .
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best patient experience.
* Maintain safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in care delivery.
* Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in nursing practice.
* Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in the work environment.
Perform unit-specific duties and float to various units as needed based on business
Candidate requirements
Required:
* Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution.
* Current Florida RN license or compact license with active FL RN compact licensure within 90 days of hire.
* 3+ years of recent acute care ER RN experience (within the last year).
* Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification (Must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Preferred:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
* Advanced Nurse Practitioner license.
