Role Overview:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations while taking ownership of the beverage program. This role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Beverage Management:

* Oversee the beverage program, including inventory, ordering, and menu development.

* Collaborate with bartenders to create seasonal cocktails and curate wine pairings.

* Ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations.

* Leadership & Operations:

* Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

* Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service aligned with The Garden Room's standards.

* Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for staff.

* Guest Experience:

* Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

* Maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.

* Financial & Administrative:

* Monitor budgets, labor costs, and revenue targets.

* Analyze sales trends to optimize the beverage menu and overall profitability.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in restaurant and beverage management, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting (Michelin or Forbes rated preferred).

* Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology, with a passion for innovation.

* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
