* 85%+ of work is presold, so you're doing WORK and not PAPERWORK.
Job Requirements
* Effective problem-solving for homeowners and exceeding expectations
* Collaboration with other highly skilled craftsmen
* Attention to detail
* Good organization and effective communication
* Valid Driver's License required
* Must have personal, reliable transportation
* Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
* Must have your own tools
* Must comply with all policies
