We are hiring for Teachers in our infant and preschool classrooms.
Teacher Responsibilities:
* Interact and communicate with children and families in a respectful and warm manner
* Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities and Reggio Amelia curriculum
* Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
* Collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
* Follow all health and safety policies and procedures while supervising children
Teacher Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years or older
* High School diploma is required
* 2+ years of classroom experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in a daycare, childcare center, or preschool
* Ability to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
* Teachers must meet Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care requirements
* Teachers must have an EEC Infant/Toddler or Preschool Certification
* Work a flexible, rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM - 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM - 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays
