Qualifications for Registered Nurses (RN):
* Registered Nurse (RN) license
* At least 2 years of RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, ADON, or DON experience
* Familiar with admissions, discharges, care plan creation, managing staff and residents on multiple units, etc.
* Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of nursing professionals.
* Compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to quality care.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. RN Supervisors oversee the daily nursing operations, manage a team of nursing professionals, and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Your leadership will be key in promoting quality care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of RN Supervisor :
* Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
* Ensure all nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee accurate documentation of care provided.
* Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and proper staffing levels.
* Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.
* Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records to ensure the highest quality of care.
* Respond promptly to emergencies and assess residents' needs for critical care.
* Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing staff education.
* Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning within the nursing department.
