Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical Float Pool
Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a) | Rotating Weekends (3x12s)
Pay: $43.00/hr flat rate
Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$3.00/hr
Sign-On/Relocation: Case-by-case
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a flexible, high-energy RN to work across multiple Medical-Surgical units. Ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, patient-centered care, and working in a supportive team environment.
Note: Must live within 60 minutes of the facility.
Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care on multiple Med-Surg units
* Perform patient assessments and support care planning
* Advocate for patients and families
* Follow unit protocols and maintain clinical excellence
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Med-Surg experience
* Current Florida RN license or Multistate/Compact license (FL license required within 60 days if compact)
* Comfortable with 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and floating to multiple units
* BLS certification within 30 days of hire
* Pass AHCA Level 2 background and fingerprinting
