A gold dealer in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join a fast-growing direct-to-consumer sales team. This role involves engaging high-quality leads generated through national marketing campaigns, guiding clients through high-value transactions, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is coachable, persistent, and driven to excel in a merit-based, goal-oriented environment.
Salary Range: $41,600 / year DOE
Account Executive Responsibilities:
* Engage with quality leads generated through national TV, radio, and online advertising campaigns by building trust with active listening skills
* Conduct daily calls with new and aged leads, connected and prospected by a proprietary AI system
* Qualify and convert leads into satisfied customers by presenting product value effectively
* Manage time efficiently, stay organized, and maintain a results-focused approach
* Sell a range of physical precious metals, tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within proprietary systems
* Collaborate with sales leadership for coaching, strategy, and performance improvement
* Grow a personal client pipeline and advance from Account Executive to Junior Sales Rep and eventually Senior Sales Rep
Account Executive Requirements:
* At least 2 years of proven success in a high-performance, commission-driven B2C sales environment
* Track record of qualifying leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets
* Expertise in customer engagement with strong active listening and persuasive communication skills
* Results-oriented mindset with exceptional objection-handling abilities
* Self-driven, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, merit-based setting
* Coachable, resilient, and persistent, with a positive and professional attitude
* Comfortable working onsite full-time and committing to structured training
* Organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
