Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN for a stepdown unit who is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit.
* Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
* Previous charge experience.
* Experience with patient ratios of 1:4.
* Proficiency in Epic charting system.
* Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
