Speech Language Pathologist

Lakewood, WA

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (30 minute lunch)

$50/hr-$58/hr

Role Summary:

Make a lasting difference in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist with our team! In this role, you'll work directly with students to improve their communication skills and support their academic and social success. You'll collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention plans, conduct speech and language assessments, and provide evidence-based therapy. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students find their voice and reach their full potential, while working in a supportive, school-based environment that values professional growth and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication challenges and guide educational planning.

- Develop and implement individualized therapy and intervention programs for students of varying needs.

- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support communication goals across classroom and home environments.

- Provide consultation, training, and resources to school staff and parents to promote speech and language development.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and case management notes in compliance with school and state requirements.

- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team discussions, and make recommendations for services and supports.

Required Qualifications:

- Active SLP-CCC

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- 1 year of experience providing SLP therapy preferably in school setting
