Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates Benefits - Weekly direct deposit- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage- Supportive credentialing assistance- Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable)- Flexible scheduling (if applicable) Job Responsibilities - Provide primary healthcare to patients, focusing on health maintenance and disease prevention- Conduct patient examinations and take medical histories- Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures such as suturing- Work under the direct supervision of a physician when required- Use electronic medical records system (EMR), specifically Evident Qualifications - Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program- Current AZ license- PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS certification required- Successful completion of background and drug test Working Hours - Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM with a 1/2-hour lunch Skills - Strong clinical skills in patient examination, medical history taking, and medication prescription- Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Evident- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
