Switchboard Operator/Receptionist Part-time

Tropical Ford has a Part-Time evening and Saturday Receptionist position.

Main duties include:

* Answer incoming calls and transferring them to correct departments.

* Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

* Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.

* Scanning service and parts invoices into correct folders on computer.

* Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

* Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.

Schedule is

Week 1

Mon: OFF

Tue: 3:00 - 8

Wed: 3:00 - 8

Thur: 3:00 - 8

Fri: 3:00 - 8

Sat: 8:30am - 8pm

Sun: OFF

Week 2

Mon: 7:30am - 8pm

Tue: 3:00 - 8

Wed: 3:00 - 8

Thur: 3-00 - 8

Fri: 3:00 - 8

Sat: OFF

Sun: OFF

This position averages 31 hours a week. Hours and Days are NOT flexible.

Requirements:

-Must pass a drug screen

-Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with clean record

-Must pass a criminal background check

* Monday to Friday

* Weekends as needed
