Job Description

* Lead and manage luxury retail construction projects from inception to completion.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.

* Oversee quality control to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and design.

* Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges effectively.

* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

* Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders regularly.
