Plumbing Designer - Commercial Projects | AutoCAD & Revit Expertise

What You'll Do
* Create and layout engineering drawings for Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
* Perform complete calculations for water supply, storm drainage, and equipment sizing
* Design sanitary waste and vent systems, storm water, domestic water, and natural gas distribution
* Select and specify plumbing fixtures, specialties, and equipment
* Design and coordinate fire protection systems and equipment
* Collaborate with project teams and contribute to BIM coordination (if applicable)
What You Bring
Required:
* Associate's degree or technical drafting certification
* 7+ years of experience designing plumbing systems for commercial projects
* Strong knowledge of building codes and engineering design practices
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Preferred:
* BIM Coordination experience (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC)
* Experience working with large commercial projects
