We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Cleveland. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment and ensuring a smooth warehouse workflow.
Responsibilities
* Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately
* Pick and pack orders efficiently based on order sheets
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
* Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified)
* Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles
* Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
* Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Basic understanding of warehouse safety and procedures
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
