Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Cleaner to join our team on a contract basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchenware, utensils, and the overall kitchen area.
Key Responsibilities: - Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils using a commercial dishwasher and handwashing as necessary. - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils. - Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling appropriately. - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. - Assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and surface cleaning. - Report any maintenance or safety issues to the management.
Skills and Qualifications: - Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items if needed. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
