The Billing Specialist will be responsible for accurately preparing and issuing invoices to our clients, as well as resolving any billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and send out invoices
* Review billing documentation for accuracy
* Respond to billing inquiries from clients
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
* Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in billing or related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
