Your Role as Shift Lead
As a Shift Lead, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift. You'll guide and support team members, ensure top-notch service, and uphold Capriotti's standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

What You'll Do
* Lead and support team members during shifts
* Delegate tasks and ensure efficient, accurate execution
* Foster a positive, respectful team environment
* Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure food quality
* Follow all operational procedures including food safety and cash handling
* Assist with labor management, inventory, and cost control
* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
* Communicate effectively with team and management
* Recognize and celebrate team achievements
* Uphold Capriotti's values with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
* Previous leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
* Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
