Requirement:
TECHSTAFF of AZ is seeking a person to aid in the sub assembly and/or final assembly of printed circuit boards and electronics.
Specific job functions include but are not limited to:
* Preparing and assembling circuit boards to full electronic assemblies
* Performs assignments according to company quality assurance standards
* Recognizes errors/discrepancies in documentation and stops work until matters are resolved
* Follows safety protocols while maintaining quick and accurate work
* Interprets and understands production documents and drawings to complete tasks.
Other helpful or desired experience
* Knowledge or certification in IPC-A-610, J-STD001
* Experience with laboratory equipment such as multimeters
Personal Characteristics we look for:
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong hand/eye coordination
* Good team player
* Strong organizational skills and cleanliness

* 1+ years Experience as an electronics assembler
* Must be able to read and understand complex circuit board diagrams/blueprints
* Soldering and electro-mechanical assembly according to parts lists and circuit board diagrams.
* Must be familiar with electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc.
* Must be familiar with SMT, and Through-hole technology.
