Job Description
* Provide day-to-day administrative support: scheduling, calendar management, document prep, filing, and data entry.
* Support HR processes: onboarding, I-9/E-Verify coordination, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
* Maintain HRIS records and assist with reporting (attendance, headcount, onboarding status).
* Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
* Serve as a friendly point of contact for employee inquiries and coordinate with HR/Operations remotely as needed.
* Communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese/Japanese/Chinese to support employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Contribute to office setup and process-building-help standardize workflows and create checklists/templates that future teams can use.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR/Administrative Assistant should have:
* Minimum 1 year of administrative or HR support experience in a corporate environment.
* Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, Japanese, or Chinese (required).
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
* Comfortable in a small-office setting; flexible, resourceful, and able to operate with limited on-site infrastructure.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with HRIS tools (preferred).
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
