This role involves legal research, document preparation, and collaboration with corporate attorneys across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general legal support to attorneys and the legal team.

Conduct legal research using statutes, case law, legal articles, treaties, and constitutions.

Research and analyze legal codes to prepare documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and other legal materials.

Assist corporate attorneys in areas including litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, loan documentation, contract drafting, leasing, and foreclosure.

Resolve routine legal issues under the direction of an attorney.

May lead or direct the work of others as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of paralegal or relevant legal experience.

Knowledge of general legal principles and procedures.

Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while following attorney direction.

Ability to manage moderately routine work under general policies.

Proficiency in legal research tools and document preparation.
