- Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Operations
- Supervise all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational reports to senior management on time.
Customer Operations
- Lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Work closely with other managers to maintain service quality and smooth operations.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, reporting major issues to management.
- Oversee cash and credit transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Safety and Hygiene
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in line with local regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for both guests and employees.
Food and Inventory Management
- Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies according to company standards.
- Control food costs and minimize waste through proper storage, portioning, and recipe use.
- Monitor and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperatures.
- Assist with deliveries, including checking and unloading orders.
Product and Quality Control
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented consistently according to recipes and standards.
Facilities and Equipment Maintenance
- Keep all kitchen equipment clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules to avoid downtime.
Human Resources Management
- Work with the HR team on hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Create staff schedules based on business needs while managing labor costs.
- Monitor staff attendance, hygiene, and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise employee meals and ensure all incidents are reported correctly.
Knowledge and Skills
- Understand and follow all company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Continue to develop product knowledge and management abilities.
General Responsibilities
- Cooperate with other managers to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Recommend operational improvements to senior management.
- Perform additional duties as required, including hands-on tasks when necessary.
