The Project Manager (General Contractor)- DDC - Queens, New York will be a leader and pivotal hire within the team.
Job Description
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project efficiency.
* Supervise and collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
* Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Prepare project documentation, including reports and schedules.
* Maintain strong communication with all team members and clients.
