* Complete RFIs and submittals for projects
* Assist Superintendent and Project Manager in the timely completion of projects
* Occasionally help with pre-construction initiatives
* Visit project site regularly
* Attend project management and owner meetings
* Additional responsibilities included

The Successful Applicant
* Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field experience
* 1-3 years of experience in the construction
* Eagerness to learn and develop
* An organized individual who can complete multiple tasks at once
* Tech-savvy individual; experience in construction management software a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
