This opportunity is with a medium-sized organization specializing in building complex healthcare proects with industry leading healthcare systems (Baylor Scott & White, UTSW etc). The company has a reputable presence in the Dallas area and is dedicated to delivering quality results in the healthcare construction sector.

Job Description

* Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare standards.

* Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

* Identify and resolve project risks and challenges effectively.

* Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.

* Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets project specifications.
